• Prices are agreed individually and stated in the offer or the agreement.

• Payment follows the schedule set in the agreement.

• An agreement is cancelled in writing, with a notice period.

• Services already delivered are not refunded.

WebKraft is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or loss of data.

WebKraft's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade.
