WebKraft ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. We provide website development, Instagram automation, SEO and digital marketing services.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact details (first and last name, email address, phone number): when you contact us through a form or WhatsApp.

• Usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit): automatically, through analytics tools.

• Social media data (Instagram handle and publicly available profile information): only when you use our Audit tool.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric and similar).

We use your data only to:

• Answer your inquiries and provide the services you asked for

• Send offers and information about the services you asked about

• Improve how our website works and how it is to use

• Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

We process your data on the basis of:

• Your consent: when you fill in a contact form or write to us

• Legitimate interest: for website analytics, to improve our services

• Performance of a contract: when we work together

• Contact details: up to 2 years from the last communication, or until you withdraw consent

• Analytics data: anonymised, kept for up to 26 months

• Client data: for the duration of the business relationship and 5 years after it ends

When the period ends, the data is deleted or permanently anonymised.

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we process about you

• Ask for incorrect data to be corrected

• Ask for your data to be deleted (the "right to be forgotten")

• Restrict or object to processing

Our website uses technical cookies it needs to work. With your consent we also use Google cookies (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to measure how many inquiries, calls and messages come from ads and search.

On your first visit you choose "Accept" or "Necessary only". Until you accept, no advertising or analytics cookies are stored in your browser, and Google only receives basic signals without cookies. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser settings, after which the banner is shown again.

Separately, we count clicks on the contact buttons (WhatsApp, phone, email) and sent inquiries ourselves, to know which page of the site they come from. We record only the date, the type of contact and the page, without cookies, without an IP address and without any data that could identify a visitor.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data: HTTPS encryption, limited access to data and regular security checks.

We may change this policy. We will tell you about significant changes by email or by publishing them on the website.
