What every store includes

01

Cart and checkout

A short checkout that works on the phone, where most people in Serbia shop, with delivery prices shown before payment.

02

Three ways to pay

Card payments through a Serbian bank, cash on delivery and bank transfer, all tested before launch.

03

Courier delivery

An account with a courier service set up in the store, with delivery prices and returns agreed in advance.

Product import

Products are entered by hand or imported from a spreadsheet, with variants such as size and colour.

Process

How we work

  1. Week 1
Catalogue, payments and delivery on paper
Before any design we agree what you sell and how: categories, variants, payment methods, courier, delivery prices and returns. This decides the price and the deadline, so it comes first, in writing.
  2. Weeks 1 to 2
    Bank and courier contracts
Card payments need a contract with a bank and delivery needs a courier account. Both take time on their own, so they start right away. We help with the documents the bank asks for.
  3. Weeks 2 to 4
    Design and build, phone first
Product pages and the cart are built for the small screen first. The store is built on a temporary address where you can see and try it before it goes public.
  4. Weeks 3 to 5
    Products and test orders
Products go in by hand or from a spreadsheet. Then we place test orders with every payment and delivery method, with the fiscal receipt and the customer email, until everything works.
  5. Launch
    Launch and the first week
The store goes live, gets submitted to Google and connected to sales tracking. We watch every order in the first week, and bug fixes are free for thirty days.

What clients say on Google

I can honestly say I didn’t expect such a huge impact. The difference a well-built website can make is incredible. My law office Draskovic performance improved almost immediately. Everything feels more professional, faster, and more user-friendly, and the results speak for themselves.

I had a website made recently and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Professional, clean and Nikola was a joy to work with! I couldn’t recommend him more if you’re looking for a website for your business or personal use.

WebKraft built the website and online store for our bookshop. I was afraid moving all the titles would be complicated, but they imported the whole catalogue from our spreadsheet and everything was done on the agreed deadline, with no delays and no extra charges. Customers now order books online and pay on delivery or by card. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.

WebKraft has been running my Instagram for a few months. I coach online and my profile is my shop window. Now I have a post plan for the whole month, Reels that actually get views and Stories every day, and messages are answered even while I’m training someone. Every month I get a report with numbers, so I see exactly what I pay for.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

For most companies in Serbia WooCommerce, because there is no monthly platform fee, the store is fully yours and it connects easily to local banks, couriers and fiscal receipts. Shopify makes sense when you sell mostly abroad, but it is paid monthly and harder to connect to Serbian systems. A custom store makes sense when you have special logic, such as selling to companies with prices per customer.
